CoD Executive Committee and Governing Council Meetings in London

On November 13, 2023,  representatives of CoD Executive Committee Member States convened for the Executive Committee session, held in London ahead of the 37th CoD Governing Council. The Governing Council, held on November 14,  gathered Member States from across the globe and civil society partners to discuss current and future operational and programmatic activities as well as urgent democracy-related issues.
