CD-UNITED Supports Civil Society in Cambodia

The Community of Democracies’ flagship CD-UNITED program is providing co-financing for a project that will help civil society in Cambodia strengthen its information communication technology (ICT) systems. The project will be carried out by Cambodian civil society organization LICADHO and run until July 2017.
