Democracy Platform meeting

On May 30, 2023, representatives of CoD Member States and civil society organizations gathered in Geneva for the CoD-led Democracy Platform meeting to share plans for the upcoming 53rd session of the UN Human Rights Council.

Democracy Platform meetings serve as a space for an open exchange of views on democracy-related issues connected with actions and activities of the Human Rights Council and seek to foster collaboration and synergies among democratic States and civil society.
