At the Oslo Freedom Forum (OFF), Secretary General dr. Mantas Adomėnas participated in a round table discussion on the establishment of UN Special Rapporteur on Democracy, organized by CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation and Democracy Without Borders.
