International Steering Committee members from Latin America congratulate recently-elected President of El Salvador
"We welcome the work of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal and hope that the path of electoral transparency, pluralism and citizen participation will continue being constants that uninterruptedly strengthen the Salvadoran democracy", says the statement signed by Carlos Ponce, General Coordinator of the Latin American and Caribbean Network for Democracy (Redlad) and Gustavo Amaya Villalobos, Director Chair of the Center for Capacitation and Promotion of Democracy (CECADE).
