Secretary General Thomas Garrett moderated a discussion panel on democracy & security at the Warsaw Democracy Forum, held on November 8th. The findings of the Democracy & Security Dialogue final report were presented by Ted Piccone of the Brookings Institute and discussed by distinguished panelists: Mehdi Jomaa, former Prime Minister of Tunisia; Miriam Lexmann, EU Regional Program Director, International Republican Institute, Belgium; Nicolas Tenzer, President, Centre d’étude et de réflexion pour l’action politique (CERAP), France; Christopher Walker, Vice President for Studies and Analysis, National Endowment for Democracy, USA. The session was organized by the Community of Democracies in partnership with the Brookings Institution.
