On June 6th, the Permanent Secretariat of the Community of Democracies held a briefing for Warsaw-based Ambassadors of the Community’s Governing Council Member States. During the briefing Secretary General Thomas E. Garrett provided an overview of the Community’s current and planned activities including the next Governing Council Session to be held in Santiago, Chile on June 26th.

‘We are looking forward to welcoming all Member States of the Community’s Governing Council in Santiago at the GC session on June 26th’ – said H.E. Mr. Julio Bravo Yubini, Ambassador of Chile  to Poland. Chile currently holds chairmanship of the Community’s Executive Committee.
